Next, select a car from auctions or our stock:
- From Auctions: A refundable security deposit is required to place bids. This protects against cancellations after a winning bid and is fully refundable if your bid is unsuccessful.
- From Stock: No security deposit required. We'll issue a proforma invoice, and you make the first installment to secure the vehicle.
After order confirmation, we reserve the vehicle exclusively for you. The first payment must be made within 5 days. Your account manager will guide you through the process.
Once payment is confirmed, IGetAuto initiates the shipping process and books space for your vehicle on the first available vessel to your destination.
Finally, we send you the original shipping documents needed to clear customs and release your vehicle at the destination port.

- Exterior and interior condition ratings
- Mileage and grade
- Any known defects or repairs
- Overall auction grade (from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best)
Our team will translate and explain the auction sheet to you in detail, so you know exactly what you're buying.
Import regulations vary significantly by country. Common requirements include:
- Vehicle age restrictions (some countries don't allow cars over a certain age)
- Emission and safety standards
- Left-hand or right-hand drive compatibility
- Payment of import duties and taxes
We recommend checking your country's local import regulations. Our team can also provide guidance based on our experience shipping to your region.

Your account manager will provide a more specific estimate once your shipping is arranged.
