What countries do you ship to? +

We ship to major ports in Africa, North America, Middle East, Oceania, every country has different import regulations, send us a message if you want to know more about import regulations in your country.

What does JDM mean? +

JDM stands for "Japanese Domestic Market." It refers to vehicles and parts designed specifically for sale in Japan, often featuring unique specs, engines, and styling not available in other countries.

How long does shipping take? +

Shipping times vary depending on your port location, We do our best to ship your vehicle as soon as possible.
Africa: approximately 3–5 weeks to travel from Japanese port to your port
Oceania: approximately 1-2 weeks to travel from Japanese port to your port
Caribbean: approximately 3–5 weeks to travel from Japanese port to your port
Pacific Region: approximately 1 week to travel from Japanese port to your port
South America: approximately 4 weeks to travel from Japanese port to your port

How do I pay the invoice? +

After we agree on the price, we will send you a pro-forma invoice.

To pay this invoice, please follow these steps:

  • Make a wire transfer from your bank.
  • Get a **TT copy** (transfer receipt) from your bank as proof of payment.
  • Email the TT copy to us at info@igetauto.com to confirm your payment.
Do I need an account to start? +

No you don't need an account to start, you can inquire about the car you want through the website or contact us directly.

What does FOB mean? +

FOB stands for "Free On Board." It means the price you pay for the car. This price does not include the cost of shipping, insurance, or import fees to your country.

What is RORO? +

RORO is the standard and most budget-friendly shipping method. Your car is driven onto a specialized car-carrying ship in Japan and driven off at your destination port.

What languages do you speak? +

Our team Is ready to support you in 4 languages (English, French, Spanish, Arabic).

What payment methods do you accept? +

We are only accepting payment through Bank Transfer.

For the Auction security deposit, we can accept deposit by PayPal.
